Ceylon Tea

It was the century XIXth when the Ceylon tea first traveled into England. People were extremely pleased with such an interesting drink and so tea became a common and favorite drink for English people. It was the year 1838 when a terrible disease destroyed all the coffee plants and so tea was just of good time for people. That is how the world story of Ceylon tea begun.

Ceylon was chosen as a perfect place for tea to be grown and it is the perfect place till nowadays. There is no such tea in the world that would be at least a bit better than Ceylon tea. It is like a tea brand and it is also like a guarantee for quality of tea. Actually, a tree plant is not a bush but a tree and the most precious trees are those that grow on the tops of hills.

Those are trees with tiny leaves and those leaves grow rather slow that is why they are provided with the best and the richest aroma and taste. The upper leaves with a bud on the very top of the tree are considered to be the best leaves and it is also like a perfect formula of perfect tea. It is not only a black tea that is Ceylon tea but it is also a green tea that is Ceylon tea.

Interesting that they are women only who are allowed to gather the tea lives and though a good amount of time had passed they still do it with their hands. There are no changes in the technology of gathering of tea leaves. They have those huge bags on their backs and they put lives in there.
