Fermentation of tea

So, the main three kinds of tea depend on the way of tea fermentation. It is the activity the color of tea depends on. So, according to the way of fermentation there are green, white and yellow kinds of tea and dark-green kinds of tea and black and red kinds of tea. See, there is no difference in tea-plants but there is a difference in fermentation and it is the fermentation that conditions the color of your tea.
The fermentation depends on frying of tea and air oxidation of it. So, now you can see that a variety of kinds of tea depends not on the tea-plant but on the way of tea-lives are worked up. Those are three general categories of tea and than those are worked up by other people and they are people who provide our tea with different aromas and so on and so forth. But those are like sub-kinds of tea, and the green, dark-green and the black tea are the main kinds of tea and the red tea of course.
