It is another popular ceremony of tea drinking. People all over the world know about the five o'clock tea and it is like a business card of England. After you have filled a teapot with additional hot water you have to cover it with tea-cozy.
There is no way for five o'clock tea to be with milk. In most cases English people hate to have a tea with sugar and they believe that it is some kind of barbarian tradition, though it is not so when talking about five o'clock tea. Unfortunately, this tradition is more like a history today.
