"Color" Tea

When talking about color tea we are talking about yellow and blue tea. Though, it is obvious that there is no way for tea to be of a blue color, it is just a name and it has nothing in common with the real color of tea. Though, in case you meet one who knows nothing about the tea you may trick him or her with these names of tea. As for the reality, those are just green tea and black tea.
So, the yellow tea at first. Yellow tea is a category of tea to which belong the green teas. So, from this point of view those are teas of pale color and of low level of fermentation. There is no way for one who wants to enjoy the yellow tea to brew it with boiling water. The temperature of water may not be higher than 70 degree. This is the main rule of yellow tea.
As for the blue tea it is a tea of high level of fermentation and the color of this tea may be different. The palest blue tea is of bright yellow color and the darkest blue tea is of red-brown color. But it is never of a blue color. The temperature of brewing is the same with the temperature of brewing of common black tea. And the taste is of the same kind.
As you can see, there is nothing unusual in yellow and blue tea and those are just common teas. Those are the same tea lives but with the different level of fermentation. The taste of those is also common with the taste of green tea (for yellow tea) and with the taste of black tea (for blue tea).
