There is a rule that it is better never drink tea for breakfast. Well, you my have your cup of tea but it is better for you to have it in 15 minutes before the meal or in 30 minutes after it. Though, it doesn't mean that tea is harmful for your health. The misusage with tea is harmful, but not a tea itself. So, follow the rules and tea will improve your health.
It is important to drink only a tea of high quality as it is the only way for you to improve your health with tea. Though, you don't have to think that a tea is some kind of medicine, it is not. Though, in case you will choose the right sort of tea you will manage to gain a lot of benefits of it. Here we are talking about herbal tea and flower tea.
The flower tea is the best kind of tea that may improve your cardiovascular system. It is true, though in case you have problems with your heart you'd better ask for a doctor's help. There are also such kinds of tea that will prevent you get sick with a number of mental and physical diseases. Those are green teas and white teas.
Actually, it is better to care about your health and use tea as another factor that helps you keep in fit but there is no way for you to think that tea drinking will make you healthy and you will never get sick because of tea drinking.
